Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

No Returns

Hey Binx does not accept returns or exchanges. Our products are consumable goods, and for safety, quality, and compliance reasons, we cannot accept returned items once they have left our facility.

No Refunds

We do not offer refunds for any orders, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect address provided at checkout

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Packages marked as delivered by USPS

  • Delays caused by the carrier

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hey@heybinx.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the product and packaging

We will review these cases on an individual basis and, at our discretion, may offer a replacement.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Hey Binx is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking shows the order has been delivered. Please contact USPS directly for assistance.

Chargebacks

Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes that violate this policy may result in the suspension of future purchases.
