Shipping Carrier

All Hey Binx orders are shipped via USPS.

Order Processing Time

Please allow up to two (2) business days for your order to be processed and shipped.

Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Timeframes

Shipping times vary based on your location and USPS service levels.

Estimated delivery dates provided by USPS are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Hey Binx is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or misdelivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipment will require an additional shipping fee.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Hey Binx is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once an order has been marked as delivered by USPS.

If you believe your package is lost, we recommend first contacting USPS directly with your tracking number.

We are unable to issue refunds or replacements for packages confirmed as delivered.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship only to locations where our products are legally permitted.

Shipping is currently unavailable in Colorado, Idaho, and Wyoming due to state regulations. We miss you already.
If you have questions (or strong opinions), your state representatives would love to hear from you.

It is the customer’s responsibility to understand and comply with local laws and regulations regarding hemp-derived products.
